Alpine Aprés joy
Ski in and enjoy open air table-dancing, flamethrower song-punctuation, a pounding crowd-pleasing playlist, (usually) awesome aprés bands and a cavorting mass of uni students… and their parents (who are paying for everything).
The bar runs most of the day, but really gets going once the lifts shut with skiers and boarders gliding in after their last run of the day for liquid-refreshment and tell tales of their day’s adventures.
Tips: (1) make for the far bar up the stairs past the stage, (2) get the kids to wade through the heaving crowd to buy the drinks and (3) scoot left out of the entrance and down the hill for faster access to the loos.
